Practice Hours

Our office is open weekdays - Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm (excluding public holidays).

Appointments

To make an appointment, please phone our rooms on 08 8361 8399 during consulting hours.

Please allow at least 1 hour for your initial appointment and remember to bring any relevant xrays or scans.

Fees

This is a private practice and you will incur a co-payment above the Medicare rebate.

Our practice policy requires all accounts to be paid in full on the day of consultation including Medicare rebate and reception staff will lodge your account to Medicare electronically on your behalf to claim your rebate. If you have registered your bank details with Medicare, you should receive your rebate within 48 hours. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card (excluding American Express) and cheques.

Any other tests, treatments or procedures required to reach a diagnosis may attract an additional charge some of which are not claimable through Medicare (eg x-rays, scans and blood tests). Private Health Insurance will only cover in-hospital procedures and even then you may still incur a "gap" payment.

First Visit

When you come for your appointment, please remember to obtain and bring the following:

• Referral letter from GP, family physician or other doctor
• Medicare card, DVA card, pension card
• Private Hospital Insurance information with you
• Xrays, scans: Please bring the reports, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans etc. and any other relevant information
